Dragonfly enamel brooch pin made in Germany big flying bug green white wings metal. From estate I do not know the age but was told it was from their grandmother's jewelry collection. It measures about 3 3/8 inches across the wing span, and about 2 5/8 inches length of body. German brooch is in lovely as found condition, but I notice that the bar pin that goes across the back clasp does not stay tightly in the clasp hook opening so the brooch may not remain closed when worn, and buyer may want to have a jeweler see if it can be adjusted to fasten more securely. Small spots where enamel is not evenly spread look to me like it maybe came from the factory this way but not sure? Great brooch in popular green colors would be wonderful gift for that special someone.
