Oneida sugar cube tongs Meadowbrook Heather 1881 Rogers silverplate pattern first produced in 1936. About 3 1/2 inches long. There are no manufacturers mark on the tongs. Elegant silverware in excellent vintage condition with minor scratches that you would expect in silver plate flatware that was lovingly used. On the top edge I see a couple of tiny spots that I think may have come from the factory or perhaps are tiny pits or dents from use (see photo). I gently polished the sugar tongs by hand and buyer may want to polish more. Highly collectible and hard to find tableware would be a wonderful addition to your dinner table or great gift for that special collector.
