Has a few inconsistencies in the enameling which were probably original from the factory, but maybe from being packed away? Measures about 2 ¾ inches long by 1 1/8 inch wide. A wonderful little book reading accesssory tool for desk or office. Great holiday, birthday or Valentines Day gift for that special book lover. Made in India. Some glare in the photos from the plastic package.
