Vintage Oneida Ltd. (1881 Rogers), Meadowbrook (aka Heather) silverplate flatware 8 oval spoons (I think these are soup spoons?), marked on the back of the handle “Wm. A. Rogers A1 Plus, Oneida LTD.” This lovely silver pattern was first produced by Oneida in 1936.
These 8 elegant silver plate place oval soup spoons measure about 7 1/8 inches in length. There are no monograms. These Oneida silverplate oval spoons are in very nice condition, with some normal small scratches and minimal silver wear that you would expect in vintage flatware that was lovingly used over the years. I see a few tiny pinpoint size spots in the bowls of a few of the spoons that did not come out with gentle polishing (maybe pinpoint size plate wear?), and I included example photos of this. I only gently polished this silverware by hand, and the buyer may choose to polish it more.
I have a lot of other pieces of a large set of this collectible silverplate pattern including grille/viande forks, salad forks, jelly serving spoon, teaspoons, iced tea spoons, sugar serving spoon, and grille/viande dinner knives, and I will be offering these separately, so please check my other store items to see these.
