M.I. Hummel Club Lucky Fellow Goebel boy porcelain figurine 560 from Germany membership year 1992/1993. “M. I. Hummel” incised in the base and Goebel blue stamp and incised date 1989 on bottom. M.I. Hummel figurines were inspired from the artwork of Berta Hummel and handcrafted by artists trained by Goebel from designs authorized by the Convent of Siessen, where Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel served as a nun. They depict children from the German culture in Bavaria.
From an estate collection this little boy is in excellent vintage used condition. He measures about 3 5/8 inches tall and is about 1 5/8 inches across the bottom base. I do not have the original box or any paperwork. What a lovely addition to your Hummel collection or a wonderful gift for that special collector!
I am offering more Hummel Goebel figurines from this estate, each sold separately, and I invite you to check my other listings to see these.
