This is a lovely vintage 1989 Avon “Versatile Elegance Faux Pearl” cream or ivory color single strand pearl beads bracelet. The bracelet box says it is size “small”, and the bracelet measures about 6 1/2 inches in length. I do not see any Avon manufacturer’s marks on this Avon jewelry piece.
The box is dated “1989”, and says “Created in Korea Exclusively for Avon Products, Inc., Distr., New York, N.Y. 10019”. The box has general cleaning instructions for Avon jewelry pieces on the back. The box is in good shape, with a little wear and tear here and there, and maybe a little dust or a tiny bit of dirt and a minor bend or crease from being packed away. The box has small spots of white paper wear on the front where it looks like stickers or a label were removed.
This Avon Versatile Elegance Faux Pearl bracelet is in excellent vintage condition. This jewelry came from an estate of an Avon distributor, and it was packed away for many years. It is my guess that it was not worn (?), but I cannot say this for sure, and I will describe it as “used, or gently worn”.
