This is a lovely vintage 1987 Avon Parisian Impression Pearlesque Necklace, 38” long plastic faux pearls necklace. This faux pearl beads necklace comes with the box. I do not see any Avon manufacturer’s marks on this Avon jewelry piece.
The necklace box is dated “1987”, and says “Created in British Hong Kong for Avon Products, Inc., Distr., New York, N.Y. 10019”. The box has cleaning instructions for this piece of Avon jewelry on the back. The box is in good shape, with a little wear and tear here and there, and maybe a little dust or a tiny bit of dirt and a minor bend or crease from being packed away. The box has a small spot of white paper wear on the front where it looks like a sticker or label was removed.
This Avon necklace is in excellent vintage condition. It came from an estate of an Avon distributor, and it was packed away for many years. It is my guess that it was not worn (?), but I cannot say this for sure, and I will describe it as “used, or gently worn”.
