Vintage Beatles Pinback Button Pin Group Photograph, John, Paul, George, and Ringo. I purchased this button 10 years ago from a local estate, and I do not know the age of the button, but it is my estimate or guess that it dates back to around 1978 or 1979, or maybe to the 1980’s? This Beatles button does not have any manufacturer’s marks or any date printed on it.
Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and John Lennon are shown in brown and cream color. This Beatles button measures about 2 ¼ inches across, and is made of metal. I don’t know what the front covering is, maybe plastic?
It is in nice vintage used condition, with a minor scratch or scuff here and there from age. I can feel a pinpoint raised bump under the surface on the front where the pin is attached on the back and I assume this was done at the factory? You can see in the photograph that the metal back has some darkening and discoloration and scratches from age.
