Piper Aircraft 2 airplane matchbook covers light plane flying course Universal Match Company, with no date on covers but I am guessing they are from the 1930s? "Free flying course given with each new Piper plane". Piper Cub aircraft on front and back and advertising offer inside. With flap closed matchbooks measure about 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. One match book has 5 matches inside and one has no matches. Used striker, some edge and corner wear, stains, bends and creases, and some general paper wear on cover and on advertising print.
