Antique Forget-me-not book scripture texts for every day through the year with floral Bible verse lithographs, hardcover with gold gilt page edges, printed in Germany in early 1900s with cardboard sheath box. Text is in English. No date on title page but handwritten signatures on note pages throughout the book date to around 1909. Lovely overall condition with 377 numbered pages. Page 79-80 is missing. I think there are a couple of unnumbered pages missing (does not affect the stability of the book). I noticed a few bent page corners. Some wear and tear on the box, especially edges and corners. Book measures about 4 7/8 inches by about 3 5/8 inches and is about 7/8 inch thick. Inscription at the beginning says this book was a gift for "A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year", and says "If this book you see, don't fail to write your name in it." Antique inspirational book would be a wonderful addition to your collection, or a great gift for that special collector.
